Of the 20,000 bee species in the world, only one makes New Zealand mānuka honey. And the mānuka tree flowers for only a handful of weeks each year. Within this fleeting and ephemeral window, these two rarities entwine. The dance begins.

Bees gather nectar from hundreds of mānuka flowers. They return it to the hive, place it in a honeycomb cell, and work it into liquid gold. The perfect product of nature’s most profound process.
